Once received, the Closing Agent will run a preliminary lien and title search to ensure that the property is free of any encumbrances and that you actually own the property and have the legal right to sell it. After the lien and title search comes back "CLEAR," we then wire your cash into the escrow account, and from there, the Escrow Agent will wire the funds into your account.
